CONDITION: One handle on the sugar bowl has a crack. There are no other defects. This porcelain tea pot, sugar bowl and cream pitcher was produced in England by Coalport in the 1880s. It was especially produced for Tiffany of New York. The pot measures 7 inches high and 8 ½ inches from the handle to the spout. The sugar bowl is 6 ½ inches across the handles and 5 1/4 inches high, the cream pitcher is 3 inches high and 4 1/2 inches from spout to handle.

The fine, white bone china is decorated with elaborate, raised gilding. There are bands of heavily embossed gilding on all of the pieces. The handles, finials and rims are all gilded. The pot looks a little like Aladdin's lamp.
