The creamer and sugar are painted with courting couple scenes framed in the same gilding and small gold gilt flowers. The creamer is marked on the bottom with a blue underglaze crown above Dresden.
This mark was registered by Donath & Co, Richard Klemm, Oswald Lorenz, and Adolph Hamann in 1883. It was re-registered on 1893 and used until 1916.
The teapot is marked with a flower and the sugar is marked with a faint blue Dresden mark. These have some wear to the gilding, but are in otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks. The teapot measures approximately 4 3/4 inches wide from spout to handle 4 inches tall to the top of the lid finial. The creamer measures approximately 2 3/8 inches wide from spout to handle x 2 3/8 inches tall. The sugar measures approximately 2 1/2 inches wide x 2 3/4 inches tall to the top of the lid finial.
