John Rose Coalport Tea Set c1815

Tea set comprised of oval prow shape teapot and stand, creamer, slop bowl, sucrier, two tea plates, six coffee cans, and six bute shaped teacups and saucers Date : c1815 Period : George III Marks : None Origin : Coalport, England Colour : Polychrome Pattern : Imari pattern with floral, avian, and gilded decoration Features : This is in remarkable condition for the age Condition : Small chip on the inside of the teapot lid. Two minor firing flaws in the teacups. An 8cm hairline crack in one of the coffee cans, and restored cracks in the sucrier. Still displays well and perfectly functional.
