Vintage Eggshell Porcelain Tea Set 12Pcs. Japanese Geisha Lithophane, Meiji Satsuma Kutani Style. Set of 6 handled Tea Cups with Saucers. Manufacture Unknown but its Not branded Kutani nor is it signed Kutani.

These are Hand Crafted and each Cup and Saucer is slightly different from one other with its own unique characteristics. The designs them selves look the same. Matte Black Color with Matte Gold paint Made in Japan Cups Diameter 3.5. Measurements are approximate and made at its largest points The plates and cups are very light weight and thin. Has a well crafted feel but luxuriously thin.

Id say upto 3mm thick if that. This set is new old stock. Could have chips, imperfections, or blemishes. But nothing has a large crack or broken.

May have occurred from storage or from the manufacture. This set is at least 30 years old. Was in storage from a gift shop.
